Ama’s Original Bars
Chocolate Chips (60% Cacao), Oats, and Pecan Treat
Ama created this unique bar for her son with ADD/ADHD. He loved treats, but the effect of too much sugar was detrimental. So she made a treat with less sugar, lots of blended oats, and a chocolaty crunch. Eat them from the freezer (our favorite) or dip them in your favorite cup of coffee or milk. Ama's can also be thawed, microwaved or baked in the oven to create a soft and gooey, chocolaty delight. Kids love them, and so will you!
Potato, Cheese with Onion or Garlic or Spice and Corn Flake Side Dish
Kiki created this filling dish of cheesy potatoes to feed a crowd after a big football game. They are a family favorite with a classic blend of cheeses, potatoes, and a hint of onion. This side dish is uncooked and frozen to eat when you're ready. Just pop it in a 390 degree oven straight from the freezer and set the timer for 45-60 minutes. Need it quicker? Pop it in the microwave for 5-7 minutes and finish in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. Your friends and family will think you cooked all day. Just throw the sleeve away and tell everyone you made them yourself (your secret is safe with us). From freezer to oven or microwave to plate makes it no fuss. Just a savory, cheesy, gooey, crunchy potato dish that everyone will love.
